
A growing environmental crisis is drawing national attention as raw sewage from Tijuana continues to flow into U.S. waters, affecting communities in San Diego and the Navy SEALs who train there. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin is scheduled to visit the region on April 22 to assess the situation firsthand.
